Can You Forgive Yourself?
Listening to the Body's Whisper
There comes a moment when the body speaks louder than our thoughts. Recently, mine did just that. It was a voice I’d heard before, but never loud enough to make me pause. This time, it demanded stillness. It was time to stop, be silent, and inquire within.
We often ignore our bodies until disease forces us to listen. I had asked before, but impatience drowned out the response. Now, I was ready. I asked my Higher Self, my Guides, and my Angels to help me hear what my body was saying. And finally, I listened.

The Revelation: Unforgiveness
As I sat in silence, a word emerged from the depths: UNFORGIVENESS. Then another: WRITE.
I obeyed. Pen met paper, and my truth began to spill—memories, regrets, shadows long buried. It felt like a volcano, emotions boiling to the surface. Tears welled up, but I wasn’t ready to release them. Not yet.
I laid down in a supine butterfly position, surrendering. And then it happened—the eruption. Tears flowed, not just from sadness, but from the depths of shame and regret. I saw how my past actions, meant to create safety, had instead caused harm—to myself, and perhaps to others.
Embracing the Shadow
Shame had lodged itself in my body, creating energetic blocks. I realized that these blocks, if ignored, could manifest as illness. It was time to face them. To forgive myself. To embrace my shadow, not as an enemy, but as a part of me that tried to protect.
I allowed myself to be seen—in my rawest form—by Erik. He didn’t try to fix me. He simply listened. And when I asked, he held me, grounding my trembling heart. In that embrace, my nervous system found peace.
The Question: Can You Forgive Yourself?
As I lay there, the question returned: Can you forgive yourself?
This time, the answer was clear. Yes, I can. I thanked my shadow for its protection and gently released it from duty. In that moment, I reclaimed my wholeness.

An Invitation to You
What about you? What parts of yourself are waiting for your forgiveness? What emotions remain unspoken, trapped in the body, yearning to flow?
